How much does UK shipping cost?
We offer simple, weight-based shipping rates across the UK:
- Standard Delivery– £3.95 (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
- Orders over 10kg – Calculated at checkout, depending on weight and destination
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free UK delivery on all retail orders over £30.
Wholesale and bulk orders over 10kg may be subject to a delivery charge due to the increased cost of shipping heavier consignments. Any applicable shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.
When will I get my order?
Most UK orders are delivered within 2–4 working days from dispatch.
Smaller parcels are typically sent via Royal Mail, while larger or heavier orders will be shipped with DPD. DPD deliveries are usually made within 1–2 working days after dispatch and include full tracking updates.
For international orders, estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping service.

How do coffee subscriptions work?
Never run out of coffee again. Choose your favourite coffee and select a delivery frequency that suits you, whether that's weekly or monthly.
As a subscriber, you'll receive 10% off your first subscription order when you use the discount code STGSHSE10. Your chosen coffee will then be automatically delivered on your selected schedule, so you can enjoy fresh coffee without having to reorder each time.
